incredibly friendly hotel, excellent base for exploring kilgore. helpful personnel, reasonably spacious rooms with a coffee pot and shampoo, for example. particularly good and unbeatable location, within walking distance of everywhere. just next door to kilgore.

No breakfast at all.

frustrating service

What a disappointment. First, I was charged for 'dirty' bed linens-cleanliness should be evident, and certainly no hair should remain! How could I not have been informed of where the ice machine is? I almost thought of giving a good review but could not overlook these major inconveniences. Checking out was equally frustrating, to say the least.

The Beautiful King Room was nice, it had comfy beds, a microwave, refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a shower. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing. Towels and linen were provided. I appreciated the air conditioning and cable channels too. A cozy spot to chill and enjoy!

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and I loved the outdoor swimming pool, clean and relaxing.

The pool was a nice touch, and we loved having cable programming for our downtime. The staff was super helpful with local tips, and we checked out some fun spots nearby. Definitely recommend this place!

The bed was a bit hard for my liking, which impacted my sleep quality .
